Grievance Letter

Does anyone have a template for a response letter to a grievance by a patient?  I am RM for ASC's in Florida and as you know we must respond in writing to grievances.  Don't want to say too much but want to be appropriate.  Any help would be appreciated.

Mary - you can contact my patient advocate at 816-896-2118 and they can share with you the letters that we work off of. Or give me your e-mail address and I can have them send you a copy of our template.
