Does anyone have a current mechanical restraint policy they would be willing to share that incorporates documentation based on a tiered system for patient behavior? The only examples I found in the Library are from 2009-2010. I would appreciate any help or guidance in direction to assist in obtaining some information for resources. Thank you. :)
