We are reviewing our process as it related to letters of response. For those of you with a Patient Advocate (or other title that responds to grievances) what Senior Leadership does that position report to (VP or C-suite)?

At my hospital I am the director of Risk Management and Service Excellence. I report directly to the CEO. We also have a weekly meeting with all key players to discuss patient satisfaction.
